Achieve Podiatry Newcastle is situated within a Multidisciplinary Sports Medicine Clinic alongside several Sports Physician and GPs. We have access to a full functioning gym which includes a running track, lifting platforms and weights. This makes us unique to provide assessment for people. It is designed for best practise functional assessments, biomechanical assessment, and high-performance rehabilitation.

We work with an active population. Our speciality is dealing with Injuries and Pain. We exclusively see this within the clinic. We Lecture and Teach at the University which involves mentoring, and educating students in rehab, biomechanics, and pain.

We can identify, treat, and help with any musculoskeletal pain. The last several years have given us incredible insight and experience with pain, function, and rehab. Working alongside several Sport doctors and Surgeons gives us an opportunity to collaborate and work together on complex and simple musculoskeletal conditions.

Our Services

Injury Rehabilitation
Acute injury or longer term foot and lower limb issues. Hands on treatment, self directed treatment, exercise prescription and management plans.
Functional Assessment
Assessing gait, movement patterns, strength, balance and tissue capacity to understand and assist in rehabilitation and performance.
Orthotic Therapy
A full range of orthoses options to cover all needs as required. From basic innersoles, to the latest technology 3D printed Custom Orthoses.

Footwear Assessment
Highly skilled in evaluating and recommending the best footwear for you.
General Care
Skin and nail issues: Blisters and in-shoe management, ingrown toenails, thickened or damaged nails, pressure corns, painful callous.
Nail surgeries
For more recurrent ingrown toenails or damaged painful nails, Partial Nail Avulsion and Total Nail Avulsion procedures are performed under Local Anaesthetic. We perform these procedures frequently and are experts in most effect methods available.

Our Prices

Our initial 60 min consults start at $130 and go to $188- dependent on the type of consult, the assessments and on the day treatment options that are needed to be performed. We then devise a treatment plan with your input and understanding.

Orthotic Devices:
Various Medical grade, customisable Orthoses: $180-$350.
Custom 3D printed Foot Orthoses, Australian Made orthotics: $580-$780.

Subsequent Consults start from $109 ranging upwards.

Work Cover Insurance / NDIS / 3rd Party insurers - The fee's are according to the associated guidelines.
